We went to the Traveler's Rest Farmers Market on the Swamp Rabbit Trail on Saturday morning. We didn't need any produce, but we did partake of the homemade ice cream. The kids were so cute eating their ice cream cones until about halfway through when it started to get REALLY messy. At one point, AK was covered in ice cream so Ben told her she could have one last bite and then he was going to take it away and clean her up. She seemed on board with the plan, took her one last bite and politely asked for a napkin. While Ben was looking around for the pile of napkins, she BOLTED away while shoveling as much ice cream into her mouth as possible. Everyone in the area was laughing hysterically. She was eventually caught and cleaned up, but the peach ice cream was so good that we couldn't really blame her!
Too much ice cream?
