Kicked Out of Church!

We went to PopPop's church for one of the Christmas Eve services.  AK was escorted out by a state senator (one of the ushers!)  He thought she might be more comfortable in the sound-proof quite room in the back of the sanctuary.  The services was piped into the quite room and the only thing that quieted AK down was hearing PopPop's voice!

 

Lawder Family Christmas

Even though Anna Kate was a little sick, we still had fun celebrating with the entire Lawder family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flying

Anna Kate had a great trip to Atlanta.  The airport was not busy at all, but our plane was full.  AK would have slept for the entire flight, but I dropped my phone on her face as I was trying to take a picture of her sleeping.  After that, she woke up, had a little snack and went right back to sleep.

 

 

 

 

It was good to be back in Atlanta - it felt like coming home!  When we landed, we realized AK was a little under the weather but she was a trooper and made it through a fun Christmas celebration with the Lawders.

15 Month Photoshoot

Anna Kate turned 15 months old on Christmas Eve! Here are some pictures from her backyard photoshoot (taken at Neni and Pops' house in South Carolina).

 

Wacky Week At School

This week was wacky week at school - each day had a theme.

Wacky hat day, mismatched socks day, crazy hair day, wacky outfit day & Christmas party day!

Santa brought AK some bubble bath - BIG HIT!

Temple Victory at MSG!!!

We took the train to Madison Square Garden to see Temple play #3 ranked Syracuse.  Uncle Jeff got us GREAT seats again - this time we were near the boisterous TU student section which added a whole new level of fun!  The game was SO exciting so I didn't take too many pictures, but in the end TEMPLE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It was definitely the most exciting sporting event I'd ever attended.  GO OWLS!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We were right near the tunnel, so AK got to high-five the players as the were leaving the court after their big victory.  She didn't really know what was going on!
