Hop Hop Hop

AK has been learning how to jump.  We've been practicing how to jump into the different colored rings - her feet don't quite leave the ground yet but she is getting there!  In this video, we had just seen a bunny hopping through the yard, so she is hopping like a bunny.

School

As we were cleaning out the kitchen last night to prepare for our upcoming renovation, I found the packet of pictures and artwork that AK's Infant-3 class sent home with her when she moved up to Toddler-1.

Happy Mother's Day!

We had a fun Mother's Day here in New Jersey. The weather was actually really nice, so we spent this morning at the Presby Iris Gardens in Montclair and nearby Brookdale Park. Anna Kate also went around all day saying "Happy Mother's Day!" which was super cute.

 

 

 

 

Another School Picture Disaster

Once again, Anna Kate's school pictures are a total disaster. I don't know how the company that takes these pictures stays in business if this is the best they can do.  Obviously, we didn't order any of these!

Animal Kingdom, Part 2

Magic Kingdom

We spent our next day at Disney at the main park - Magic Kingdom.  Anna Kate didn't LOVE meeting the characters but we did stumble across Alice in Wonderland with the White Rabbit ("bunny - hop hop") and Mickey Mouse (AK's favorite).
