Disneyland has two parks - actual Disneyland and California Adventure. We spent our first day at California Adventure.

CALIFORNIA - The Trip There
Our night-time flight was delayed for HOURS due to weather and mechanical problems and then we had to make an emergency stop in Phoenix for TWO (unrelated) medical emergencies. We didn't get to our hotel until 5am eastern time!
